What to believe?

There are so many different ideas and theories in this world, its hard to know what to believe. People will turn any way that there seems to be an answer. Aliens, scientology "it's whatever you want it to be, whatever feels good to you is right". urrg I hear so much of that now that it isn't even funny anymore. However, through all this, Christianity has survived and prevailed, still challenged but not defeated. When you have one guy saying we developed from a "big bang" and a cell and that somehow got somewhere versus someone saying that there is a higher power that is the master of all creation, who's easier to believe? Personally I think Charles Darwin was a little sleep deprived when he thought of his theory of evolution. If it was true, why aren't cats dogs and why aren't all monkeys people and why aren't people some other crazy species?

Well for me personally I'm not Christian, but I'm Hindu. The thing that I really like about Hinduism above all is that, it like accepts all religions as ways to the same goal . No, we don't have 50 gods, that was crap that your 6th grade textbook said. What we do have is 1 main master of all. The only thing is, we see all other gods as like aspects or different forms of the same Supreme Being. Like we have Jesus as a avatar, or God on earth, same with Buddha, and with lots of faiths, we do the same thing. We accept everyone, and that way don't become as violent.

dude if i believed what we learned in 6th grade i would have a very distorted view of things (not that everything isn't distorted anyways). The thing you wrote about Hinduism about acceptance is like Christianity. There is no bias, you don't have to be this race or anything weird like that. Christianity focuses on forgiveness and repentance because sin is inevitable, and I think that's what's missing in some religions, you can't just "be good and good will happen". That sounds too karma-y. There is a supreme being, He knows all before it even happens, He knows sin happens. Does that mean its ok to sin? NO, but acceptance that as human beings we have a sinful nature but can still be saved is what sets Christianity apart from many religions out there today. wow geez this is a long comment....

One fact is that God is the only God and there are no others!!!!! I went to a thing today called Transformed at my church and it taught all about evangelism which is exactly what this world needs. Anyways, it has modivated me to share my faith with others and i realize that are purpose here on earth is to Love the lord, Have faith in him, and share our faith with others.
Now i want to say to everyone that God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for us in order to free us from our sins. Think about that. isn't it amazing! But some of us would rather have a million dollars that would never make us happy, than to share our faith with others. Thin about it. Jesus died for us because he loves each and every one of us soooooo much. we need to love him as he loves us.
Dont think that God loves us when we sin or do wrong because God does not like that. A lot of people think that God automatically forgives you when you sin. WRONG! You have to be saved first!!! YOU HAVE TO ASK THE LORD INTO YOUR HEART! You may be thinking WOW this person is really into what she's saying and yes i am because i have a passion for God and you wont know what i mean until you are saved and reborn. But i am telling you sins are only forgivin when you are saved and you repent. And also do not think that good works get you into heaven because THEY DON'T! What gets you into heaven is beliveing Jesus died for you and asking God into your heart knowing that you will live your life for him each and every day. Now i want to ask you. WOULD YOU RATHER GO TO HEAVEN FOR ETERNITY OF GO TO HELL FOR ETERNITY? WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE?! Oh and as a reminder everyone goes before God on the day of judgment and if you start your life Today as a better person then maybe that day will come easier for u.

Dude, Darwin was a freaking idiot. Based on Darwinism it was okay for Hitler to kill Jews and to kill people with mental diseases. (Sorry, I just read this article about social darwinism). But anyway.....yeah I think Christianity is awesome because it's not a relgion, it's a relationship. And anyone can be a Christian, there's no rules or anything. I think this blog about Christianity is pretty mad awesome.
